Each individual player is permitted to hold only one heybaji account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybaji login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. heybaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

A heybaji account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. heybaji reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts with remaining balances, following 30 days' prior notice to the registered email address. Once a balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed.
heybaji is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform at heybaji's sole discretion.
